Orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 weeks, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Dear Jett Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check that your shipping information is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If the package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your shipment with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
